We’ll be based in Oxford for the weekend, a reflection of the impact that our Oxfordshire Head Office has had on Newton since we first got an office in 2010.

With its wide range of activities, attractions, and events, Oxford has something for everyone. We hope you have a fantastic time exploring all that the city has to offer over the weekend!

As you arrive on Friday, we’d recommend checking into your hotels first. With such a large number of rooms needed, we will be spread across nine different hotel and college venues for accommodation over the weekend. All employees will be emailed individually with details of their accommodation, so please check the information carefully, including information about parking and public transport.

Friday evening

On Friday evening, we’ll be at Keble and St Hugh’s Sports Ground.

Saturday day time

On Saturday during the day, we’ll be back at Keble and St Hugh’s Sports Ground, or in varies locations across Oxford depending on your activity.

Saturday evening

On Saturday evening, we will be based in Central Oxford at Exeter College.

Accommodation

You will be staying at one of the following accommodations. This year, with over 550 rooms needed, we are spread across nine different venues, so please check your calendar invitations carefully.

Rooms were allocated by room type (Central locations having single college rooms), then by RSVP time. Due to the number of people attending, it will not be possible to reallocate rooms to enable you to be with particular colleagues or in a particular location – everyone with a wristband is part of the event, so we hope you will make some new friends along the way.

Accommodation hubs

Holiday Inn Pear Tree

The North Hotel hub hosts over 100 couples, with 60 at the Holiday Inn, and similar down the road at the Leonardo.

Leonardo

The North Hotel hub hosts over 100 couples, with 50 at the Leonardo, and similar up the road at the Holiday Inn.

Jesus College

With a central Oxford location, 30 of you will enjoy time in Jesus College

Keble College

With a central Oxford location, 70 of you will enjoy time at Keble College.

Exeter College

With a central Oxford location, 70 of you will enjoy time at Exeter’s Cohen Quad – just down the road from the main site. It’s not at the venue, so you won’t need to worry about noise on the Saturday night when you want to head to bed!

The Randolph

This is our hub for our youngest guests. A five minute walk from the Saturday night venue you’ll be able to connect with other families with young babies and toddlers.

Courtyard by Marriott

With just five rooms here, a mini hub for families with young children – a short walk from the Saturday night venue to ease popping back for your child if needed.

The Voco Oxford Spires

One of our hubs for couples, 100 couples will be based at the Voco.

The Hampton by Hilton

This is our hub for children and teens. With our Saturday evening kids club based here, families will be able to connect with the largest rooms, and the only hotel offering rooms with two beds.
