Rising Stars – food and drink’s future leaders

By Women in Food

Women in Food

The Rising Stars programme brings together the next generation of women leaders in the food and drink industry to connect, share ideas and be inspired.

Food and drink leaders need to deliver despite huge complexity and, now more than ever, they must do so in the face of constant disruption, ambiguity and systemic change.

The Rising Stars programme brings together the next generation of women leaders in the food and drink industry to tackle this moment together.

Over the course of a year, they will connect, share ideas and be inspired as they:

  • Join quarterly workshops exploring different dimensions of transformation across connected systems.
  • Build personal change capability progressively across the programme.
  • Hear from transformative senior women leaders at each wider Women in Food networking event.

Hear from previous and current Rising Stars on how the programme is helping their career and confidence in the video below.

“This is building skills, building a network and giving us exposure to incredibly successful women and finding out how they got to where they are. “

Heloise Le Norcy-Trott, Group Marketing Director UK & Ireland Lactalis

Our Steering Group

Rising Stars are nominated by senior leaders on the Steering Group of Women in Food.

We’re a network dedicated to uplifting women and building a thriving food and drink industry. We do this by building deep professional relationships and a supportive community. Members are from across food and drink, from leading manufacturers to supermarkets and all the way to food waste charities.

We work across suppliers and retailers, uniquely positioning us to convene the industry. Investing in the network is part of our purpose-driven commitment to help the future of food and drink be the best it can be.
