    Day 1: Balancing Act – how can leaders deliver the multi-year structural change required to achieve the \u201cthree shifts\u201d whilst tackling immediate, in-year priorities? <\/h3>\n

    This discussion will focus on how leaders can move beyond addressing the short-term measures required to improve processes, towards a route to delivering on longer-term priorities through disruptive new models over multiple years. We will consider \u2018what\u2019 an optimised approach to balancing these might be and \u2018how\u2019 this can be delivered, with reference to the “three shifts” that the government is set to outline in the incoming 10 Year Health Plan. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n
