Food and drink will be provided at all the main venues throughout the weekend.<\/p>\n

If you told us about your dietary requirements, that will be covered. If not, please let us know as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

On Friday night and Saturday daytime, we\u2019ll enjoy a selection of food options at the Sports Ground.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Saturday evening will see a range of food stalls covering different cuisines. After canapes on arrival, grab food when it suits you (please be aware that serving 800 people takes a while, so there will be some queuing).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For children, a meal on Saturday evening will be available at the Hampton Hotel. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Drinks will be available at the Sports Ground, and at Exeter College, with a wide range of soft and alcoholic drinks available. We\u2019d encourage you to help us reduce waste and to bring a refillable water bottle to the sports ground if you can. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As food is available at the venues, if you choose to head into Oxford to eat or have a coffee \u2013 that will be at your own cost.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If <\/span>you’re<\/span> staying at home over the weekend rather than hotel accommodation, you can expense up to \u00a31<\/span>5<\/span> per person for breakfast on Sunday – this covers you and any family members attending.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n \n\n\n
