Justin is Newton’s Technology Director and in his 12 years with us, he’s played an instrumental role in developing our IT strategy. He’s been responsible for the provision of the technology needed to operate and grow Newton and created a thriving IT function.

Our Maternity and Adoption Leave policy is 100% for 6 months then 50% and 25% over the remaining years. Paternity Leave is 4 weeks, and Shared Parental Leave allows parents to share care in the first year.

On top of competitive holiday, other leave we offer are Fertility leave (5 paid days per fertility treatment, for as many cycles undergone), sabbaticals and volunteering leave (2.5 half days, matched with holiday).
