Application process

We keep it simple

Our application is as efficient as the way we work– no cover letter, and completion in as little as a month.

1

Online application

Complete online tests and answer written questions – no cover letter or CV needed. This step will test your numerical and data and interpretation skills.

2

Video interview

This is the first time we’ll meet, so be yourself. We use real assessors (not AI) so treat it as in-person interview.

3

Selection day

Our virtual assessment is a chance to really get to know each other. A simulation of a day at Newton, it’ll include discussion groups and technical exercises.

4

Dinner

Join as at dinner before your final interview, meet people from the Newton team and other candidates, and ask us any questions.

5

Final interviews

Two separately-led 45-minute interviews, one on competency, the other a technical case-study. Think of them as two-way conversations to establish expectations and get your career off to a great start.
