Future Factory
Today we’ve launched our Future Factory report alongside The Food and Drink Federation as part of an ongoing exploration of opportunities within the industry to see real meaningful and impactful change achieved through the use of technology and collaboration.
This is a huge moment in food and drink manufacturing with endless possibilities. We want to help businesses, the industry, and the UK as a whole make the most of it – powering on and up.
It’s mind-blowing imagining food and drink manufacturing’s future, even in the near-term. We’ve quickly got used to hearing stories about precision robotics checking fresh produce, and AI analysing and replicating meat-products at a molecular level. The whole industry is being reshaped so fast that a year from now, today’s innovations will seem as everyday as flash freezing.
So, we’re taking our experience from navigating complicated systemic challenges, combining it with fresh insights from industry leaders and developing an on-going campaign to help cut through all this complexity. Called Future Factory, it kicks off with this report created with The Food and Drink Federation (FDF). Full of case studies and practical advice, it aims to make meaningful momentum possible.
