Our celebrations on Friday kick off at 5:00pm. Make your way in your own time to Keble and St Hugh’s Sports Ground.
Check in times vary by accommodation, and will be detailed in your accommodation information in your calendar invite, but mostly are from 3pm. If you want to arrive earlier on Friday to enjoy the sights of Oxford, there is so much to see and do! If you’d rather not carry your luggage around, you may want to ask at your hotel reception if they can hold on to it for you.
If you, or your partner, are travelling later – that is completely fine. You can arrive at the time that suits you best. Food will be available until 10pm.
Check out times from the accommodations will be specified in your accommodation information in your calendar invite. All accommodation includes breakfast.
Please ensure you check out before the deadline, and then on Sunday you’ll head home or relax in Oxford at your leisure.

The closest stations are Oxford Train Station and Oxford Parkway Train Station
Here’s a quick guide to which station suits you best, based on your hotel’s location:
FOR CENTRAL AND SOUTH HOTEL HUBS
Oxford Station is the closest station. For Central Hotels, these are a short walk from the station, and given a lot of Oxford is pedestrianised, we recommend walking if you can. For the South hub hotels, or for those who cannot walk from the station to Central hotels, please take a taxi and expense it to your hotel.
FOR NORTH HOTEL HUB (Leonardo, Holiday Inn)
Oxford Parkway is actually the closest train station, connected by mainline train from London Marylebone and Birmingham. Oxford Station is also an option, accessible from London Marylebone, London Paddington, and Cross Country routes.

Oxford Gloucester Green Bus Station in the centre of town has many.
You can also take the Oxford Tube from several stations in Central London, or the Airline bus directly from Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
Once you arrive in Oxford, please either walk to accommodation in the Central Hub, or take a taxi to the North or South Oxford Hubs.
The Oxford Tube stops are shown below:

Parking in Oxford is limited, and a Congestion Charge is in place in Central Oxford. If you drive into the centre of town you are responsible for paying the congestion charge (which can be expensed). However, fines for not paying are your responsibility.
If you are staying in:
then there is parking at the hotel. We advise you park there and leave your car there for the weekend. Parking at the hotels is expensable.
If you are at any other location, there is no designated hotel parking. We suggest you use one of Oxford’s five Park & Ride services, for which parking and bus tickets are expensable. Electric charging is available at Redbridge and Seacourt. The bus fare from the Park & Ride into town is free until 15th August.
If you choose to use a central Oxford Car park, that is your choice but parking will not be able to be expensed.

In order to enjoy Oxford, we’d encourage you to walk or take the bus wherever possible. We would encourage travelling as a group – with a Group Day pass for 5 people costing £10, or an individual day pass (£5) for the Oxford SmartZone to cover all bus travel. You can also pay on the bus directly.
