Phil is our Senior Partner and Defence and Infrastructure Cluster Lead. He provides the overall leadership and management for the Cluster, ensuring strategic delivery excellence.

A seasoned leader with over 20 years’ experience of consulting and industry working in digital defence transformation and solution delivery, Ben’s broad understanding of digital technologies combined with deep sector expertise enables his clients to address the most wicked problems.

Camilla leads our work in the aerospace market. She is a former Managing Director in manufacturing with responsibility for strategy, leadership and full P&L ownership.

Dan leads cross-functional teams to drive performance and cost improvement in complex environments, with a particular focus on major capital programmes involving complex design, build, commissioning and operating challenges in Defence and Infrastructure.

Lara is a strategy and complex procurement specialist supporting public and private sector clients with concepts and investment decisions from early lifecycle set up and design, through to operational delivery.

Alex has delivered many of Newton’s largest defence and infrastructure programmes, supporting enterprises to deliver performance across critical platforms (submarines, surface ships, fixed wing), services (integrated battlespace, supply chain resilience) and national infrastructure (energy, rail and utilities).
