Beginning with a complex insourcing programme for around 400 crew members, we embedded quickly alongside operational and frontline teams to drive measurable improvement in network performance and customer service outcomes.
That first engagement set the tone: a hands-on, collaborative approach that resolved 40% more jobs per day and generated around £18m in annualised savings, even during the wettest winter on record. The results demonstrated the value of working differently and laid the foundation for what grew into a four-programme partnership tackling the client’s most significant operational challenges.
