She currently leads the people strategy in Newton’s Consumer cluster as well as key culture and engagement initiatives. Julia is a Principal Consultant at Newton and leads Newton’s women’s network (Wom-N). She is passionate about creating an environment where women can thrive in consulting, and alongside her client work, she drives initiatives to support, connect and champion women across the business.
Marketing Manager – Consumer
Olivia has a wealth of marketing experience across a range of sectors. She leads strategic partnerships, including her role as Partner Ambassador for the LEAD Network, and co-leads Newton’s Women in Food initiative. Olivia is passionate about fostering inclusive leadership and championing diversity of thought within organisations.
