A seasoned leader with over 20 years’ experience of consulting and industry working in digital defence transformation and solution delivery, Ben’s broad understanding of digital technologies combined with deep sector expertise enables his clients to address the most wicked problems.

Charles has 38 years industry experience gained from leading IT globally as Deputy Group Global CIO at BP, as CEO of Global IT Services at Prudential and as Interim CIO at Thames Water. He has worked as an independent consultant helping businesses transform their ability to exploit digital technology.

Previously the Head Of Capability Strategy within the Ministry of Defence, responsible for managing Defence’s future force structure and capabilities. More recently, Mike was the Combat Air Force Commander, leading over 10,000 people across the Typhoon and Lightning Forces both operations and training around the Globe.

Phil is our Senior Partner and Defence and Infrastructure Cluster Lead. He provides the overall leadership and management for the Cluster, ensuring strategic delivery excellence.

Camilla leads our work in the aerospace market. She is a former Managing Director in manufacturing with responsibility for strategy, leadership and full P&L ownership.

Dan leads cross-functional teams to drive performance and cost improvement in complex environments, with a particular focus on major capital programmes involving complex design, build, commissioning and operating challenges in Defence and Infrastructure.

David leads our Australia team and manages cross-functional teams to drive performance and cost improvement in complex environments.

Alex is our Australia Director for Defence and manages cross-functional teams to drive performance and cost improvement in complex environments.

Gareth is a Director within Newton’s Defence and Infrastructure team.

John is a Director within Newton’s Defence and Infrastructure team,

Lara is a Director within Newton’s Defence and Infrastructure team.

Olivia is a Director within Newton’s Defence and Infrastructure team. She has significant experience in leading complex engagements within Public and Private Sector Defence and associated Government departments. Olivia’s experience pivots around large scale transformation programmes. She specialises in delivering enduring enterprise transformation through levers including enterprise strategy and commercial negotiation, procurement and supply chain design and optimisation alongside operating and business model transformation (from design to FOC).

Sam is a Director within Newton’s Defence and Infrastructure team, specialising in defence and aerospace sector. He has designed and led several digitally enabled cultural transformation programmes.
