10th – 11th June
Manchester Central

Health and care systems remain under profound and sustained financial, operational and structural pressure. Newton works in partnership with trusts and systems to navigate the intense challenge and complexity that this presents, delivering immediate, measurable impact and designing the operating models that will sustain performance over the long term and transform the way that health and care is delivered.
Our work, which spans urgent and emergency care, integrated neighbourhood teams, and unplanned and planned care optimisation, is underpinned by data, AI, and digital capabilities that help our clients extract greater value from their investments and deliver more sustainable change.
The team and I are delighted to welcome you here at ConfedExpo.

WEDNESDAY 10TH JUNE, 14:00-14:40PM, CHARTER 2
Health and care systems across the country are working to implement new out of hospital models of care so that more people can access timely, appropriate support closer to home, all while improving performance and strengthening financial resilience amidst a very challenging operational and financial environment.
This panel brings together leaders from Manchester and Coventry to share their practical experiences of delivering meaningful, sustainable progress on this ambitious agenda whilst dealing with significant shorter term pressures. Both examples involve fundamentally changing the way urgent and emergency care is delivered and form part of their longer term plan to shift towards out of hospital models of care, but each represents a very different approach which reflects their individual local context.
Panellists will reflect on their strategic vision, the operational changes that have delivered impact, and the capabilities needed across organisations to build and sustain momentum. Attendees will hear honest insights on what it takes to deliver meaningful impact through system‑wide transformation.
